Depending on your location and your price range, there is a limit to the quality of the apartment. This is listed out further in the Apartment Details section.

We all have sudden issues, changing moods, and problems come up that change our situations. However, we hope you will understood our position as well, because in order to serve you on a professional level, we need to be well-prepared for your arrival. It takes our team time and effort, and it takes commitment, we will need to sign agreements with third party agencies in order to keep the apartments available for you when you arrive.
