How do we recognize you? A very simple and traditional way-a man and a clip board with your name on it. If you don't prefer us writing your name on the board, you can tell us a line that you prefer such as: My favorite meal is steak with mashed potatoes. Basically anything appropriate can be written on that board. We will make sure us and our clipboards are easy to find.
Yes, we are fluent in both Mandarin and English. Also we are proficient at Google Translate if the need arises.

People don't carry guns around, so generally, it is safe. However, you should always pay attention to the traffic. We will have many tricks and tips for you concerning safety. It is our priority to keep you safe.

We understand that peoples plans change, especially with a major decision like going to another country. We at Shanghai Life Agency get started immediately on your package and arrival when you book your customized package. This being the case, we charge different refund transaction costs depending on how long after your booking you decided to cancel your order. Due to our merchant providers costs and our own costs of carrying out services, we have different charges for different times cancellations.

When you email us for details, we will email you back an invoice and contract/agreement. The price for your package and payment methods will be provided in the documents we send you.
We will send you legal documents, including the invoice and contracts, directly to your email. If you agree with the terms, you can pay through our preferred payment methods presented in your email package. Further information about Payment security can be found here on our Payment page.
We will. Simply deduct the transfer fee detailed in your package from your payment.
Absolutely safe. We will not reveal any of your personal information to any 3rd party not directly related to your package. Our priority is to respect and protect your rights. VIP services are non-transferable. Each VIP user holds an account with user's own information which can not be used by any other party
Your safety and well-being is one of our top priorities. That is why we are proud to offer both a normal hours hotline for use asking normal questions. We also offer our Emergency Hotline extended hours, precisely for those emergencies that may arise. Our emergency hotline is for those people who are brand new to Shanghai and may need some additional help with their adjustment.
